Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager focusing on Renewable Energy within the Asset Reliability sales team, you will identify and develop long-term strategic relationships with clients and channels (resellers/agents) in the Renewables Oil, Gas, and Wind sectors.
Daily tasks may include:
* Developing long-term strategic client relationships in the Renewables sector
* Managing technical proposals and bids for the Business Development team
* Identifying new opportunities, target customers, regions, and projects
* Supporting the sales strategy in collaboration with the Head of Business Development and the wider team
* Coordinating with the Delivery team for smooth project handovers
Candidate profile
Ideally based in the UK.
You should hold an engineering degree or equivalent, preferably working towards or holding a Chartered or Incorporated qualification.
Additional key skills include:
* Engineering degree or equivalent, with a preference for Chartered or Incorporated status
* Experience with load monitoring equipment or a background in engineering/technical fields (desirable)
* Experience within the UK Renewables community, especially Wind, Oil, and Gas (desirable)
* Team player attitude
* Proficiency with IT tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and a willingness to learn new applications
* Full UK Driving License
