You will advise leading developers, investors and public bodies on high-value transactions spanning Scotland and the wider UK market, gaining exposure to truly market-leading work alongside some of the sector's most respected lawyers. The Work Advise developers, investors, funders and public bodies on major energy and infrastructure projects Act on the property aspects of project development, financing, acquisitions and disposals Work across a broad range of sectors including offshore wind, onshore wind, solar, battery storage, hydrogen, transmission infrastructure, interconnectors and EV projects Draft and negotiate complex real estate documentation for nationally significant developments Collaborate closely with colleagues across planning, corporate, finance and construction teams Manage a varied caseload spanning high-value UK-wide transactions Build and develop strong client relationships with FTSE 100 companies, household-name brands, SMEs and public sector bodies Support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the Real Estate Energy practice Your Experience 4-8 years' PQE in Real Estate, with experience in energy and infrastructure projects Qualified in England & Wales or dual-qualified in both Scotland & England/Wales Strong technical ability with a commercial, solutions-focused mindset Genuine interest in the energy and infrastructure sector Confident in managing complex matters and engaging directly with clients Collaborative team player who enjoys working in a high-performing environment Why This Role?
