Overview
Do you have experience leading a team in a fast paced KPI driven environment within sales or a high workload customer service environment? If so we have a fantastic opportunity for you here, to join a successful insurance broking group that is owner led and who offer a genuinely great place to work for those who wish to progress their career. It's an exciting time to be joining them in their Stockton office, as they have lots going on, and big plans for the future. They have been growing their business development team (now 8) and are looking for someone who can come in and manage and lead this team forward.
Responsibilities
* Manage the telesales team, monitoring team and individual performance, setting weekly and monthly sales targets, compiling and presenting reports, and leading by example where necessary.
* Calling and securing prospects, reporting into the Head of Sales & Marketing of the group.
* Be involved in recruitment for the team, including interviewing and decision making on hires, with plans to grow the team to 12 over the next 6 months.
Salary and Benefits
* Salary on offer is £35-40k basic plus bonus (Circa £5k p.a.).
* Office hours Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with flexible start times (8am-4pm, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm).
