Who You Are
Our Store Managers at Michael Kors are fashion forward driven, multi‑tasking individuals who know how to keep their team focused and inspired in a fast paced environment. As an innovative business owner, you lead the team by encouraging curiosity, transparency and honesty while delivering an elevated customer experience.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and execute strategic business plan while driving incremental sales utilizing cross‑functional partners.
* Recruit, hire, and retain best in class talent.
* Oversee effective day‑to‑day business and operations processes.
* Manage, inspire, and empower your team by building trust, leading by example, and delivering effective training and development.
* Drive Omni‑channel sales in a fast‑paced environment by utilizing all available tools and technology.
You’ll Need to Have
* Relevant experience in managing high‑traffic stores and a large team at a specialty retailer.
* Focus on results, thriving on exceeding targets and driving KPI’s.
* Ability to problem‑solve, proactive and flexible.
* Entrepreneurial, out‑of‑the‑box thinker.
* Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends.
* English language proficiency.

Compensation Range: 45,000.00 - 60,000.00 GBP
