What you'll do
* Drafting and/or preparing key legal documents and bundles
* Taking statements and coordinating the availability of witnesses
* Ensuring cases are logged on our internal Case Mgmt tool
* Providing case research for the Employment Law team
* Monitoring and ensuring strict adherence to deadlines & case listings and/or orders
* Supporting with the coordination of ACAS conciliation and employment tribunals
* Ad-hoc tasks as and when required
What you'll need
* Experience in a law firm or equivalent
* Proven experience in the field of Employment Law
* CILEEx certificate in law desirable, or alternative
* Strong research skills
* Strong work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to influence stakeholders, with strong communication and influencing skills
* Exceptional organisational skills
