The Work You'll lead transactional corporate work with genuine complexity and commercial stakes: M&A transactions for serial acquirers, often PE-backed buy-and-build strategies Corporate disposals and exits Non-transactional work: shareholders' agreements, share option schemes, restructurings Build client relationships and business development in Bournemouth and the wider region Work collaboratively with an award-winning team This is hands-on deal work with the scope to build your own client base and practice area from the ground up.
