Quality & Improvements Engineer | £50,000 - £60,000 | Peterborough

The production process and product range are incredibly unique, and likely highly different to anything you’ve worked with before. So, your industry background is less important than your skillset, attitude and adaptability.
You’ll be responsible for helping to design a quality control plan, working with the process engineer team to determine key process steps & understand the key controls. It’s a true problem-solving role, with a big focus on eliminating waste and improving processes.

What will you need?
* Extensive quality engineering experience, including control plans
* Ability to develop quality & improvement strategies, achieving buy-in from the wider business
