Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm (with 1 late a week until 6.30pm). You may be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis between 9:00am - 1:00pm.
Location:
Horsham, West Sussex. Flexible or remote working options available. The training period will be at our Head Office in Horsham, with occasional travel to Horsham for companywide meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing a sales team in office and remote settings, leading by example.
2. Managing lead suppliers with weekly calls on conversion rates and cancellations.
3. Providing analysis and reports on team and individual performance.
4. Working on strategy and forecasts, reporting progress to the board.
5. Growing and expanding the sales team with monitored and measured plans.
6. Ensuring KPIs and targets are achieved at individual and team levels.
7. Conducting daily sales meetings to motivate and develop the team.
8. Implementing team incentives and commission structures.
9. Developing strategies to maximise internal and external leads.
10. Communicating sales targets effectively to the team.
11. Coaching, mentoring, training, and performance management.
12. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
13. Collaborating with the CSO and CEO to maintain sales and service standards, with weekly reports.
14. Providing reports to stakeholders and customers as required.
15. Maintaining compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 policies and documentation.
Is this you?
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Minimum of 5 years management experience.
Experience in training, coaching, and maintaining high sales team performance.
Responsible for developing new employees within your team.
Implementing sales strategies to meet targets.
