We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to us as a Housing Manager, with the Rent Team at Victory Homes. This is a permanent job, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This role is working from our East Dereham Office. The role comes with Agile Working and Flexible Working will be considered. As a Housing Manager, you will lead and a develop a team and support the Head of Housing to deliver our housing strategy and our vision, Housing Made Simple. You will be the subject matter expert for my service area ensuring the function meets all regulatory and legislative requirements. Taking a coaching approach to empower your team to deliver an outstanding housing management service to our customers. You’ll support the team to resolve complex enquiries. You will encourage your team to be autonomous and be confident in their decision-making, driven by doing the right thing for our customers and our business. Whilst supporting your manager to lead on our vision, Housing Made Simple, to make it as easy as possible for customers to rent their homes whilst ensuring we are compliant with the law, legislation, and Bromford Flagship’s policies and procedures. You’ll need extensive housing management experience, in social housing Demonstrable experience of continuous improvement, shaping the future direction of the team and wider business. As well as the ability to analyse and interpret data to understand and improve performance. You’ll also be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
