Your new role
You’ll play a key role in supporting MEP engineers on a wide range of building services projects across sectors including defence,mercial, industrial, healthcare, education, retail and leisure. Working to the latest UK BIM standards, you’ll assist with the production of Revit models, AutoCAD drawings, schematics and digital outputs, contributing to the successful delivery ofplex multi‑disciplinary design projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Setting up new projects in Revit and AutoCAD using internal templates
2. Producing and updating models/drawings from engineer mark‑ups
3. Creating schematics and linking model data
4. Managing file storage in line with QA procedures
5. Exporting models (IFC, NWC, DWFx, DWG, PDF etc.)
6. Adding and managing classification data within models
7. Performing model QA including clash detection and interference checks
8. Working closely with the BIM Manager to maintainpany and industry standards
9. Ensuring all MEP models align with project BIM requirements
What you'll need to succeed
10. Strong experience with MEP Revit and AutoCAD
11. MagiCAD experience beneficial
12. Background working within an MEP design environment
13. Strongmunication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers
14. Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
15. Ability to obtain SC Security Clearance for MOD and secure‑sector projects
