A leading defence engineering business is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to develop test equipment software for complex missile systems and sub-components. This is a high-impact role in a secure, delivery-led environment where software quality, automation and engineering discipline matter.

Role Responsibilities
* Design and develop test equipment software for complex systems and sub-assemblies.
* Build robust software solutions in C and C++.
* Contribute within an agile development team.
* Support high software quality standards and engineering best practice.
* Apply automation, continuous integration and DevOps principles.
* Use electronics measurement and debug tools such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analysers.
Ideal Candidate
* Strong background in software engineering for test solutions.
* Confident in C and C++; scripting language experience is advantageous.
* Practical understanding of quality, automation and CI/CD.
* Familiar with electronics measurement and debug techniques.
* Able to operate in a secure, collaborative, on-site working model.
