The Role
Manage and grow a warm portfolio of 200+ existing customers. You’ll lead renewals, uncover expansion opportunities, and grow revenue through smart upsell/cross‑sell. You’ll own your pipeline, build strong relationships, and collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Ops.
What You’ll Do
* Drive renewals and reduce churn
* Grow accounts through targeted expansion plays
* Maintain a clean, accurate Salesforce pipeline
* Prioritise high‑impact opportunities
* Share customer insights to shape product direction
What You Bring
* 2-3 years Sales experience
* Strong communication, negotiation, and objection handling
* Commercial instincts + excellent pipeline discipline
* Hybrid: 3 days in Central London
