Associate - Residential Property Liverpool | Hybrid Working (4 Days Office / 1 Day Home) £40,000 - £50,000 DOE Excellent Benefits I am currently working with a highly regarded Legal 500-ranked law firm in Liverpool that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Associate to join its established and growing Property team. This opportunity would suit a qualified Conveyancer with at least 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing who is looking to join a collaborative and commercially focused practice offering genuine long-term career progression. Working within an experienced, partner-led team, you will manage a broad range of quality residential property matters and play an active role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referrers. The Property team acts on a wide variety of matters, including high-value residential transactions, development work and secured lending instructions, generating quality work through repeat business and strong professional relationships. The Role You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. Transfers of equity. Remortgages. New build transactions. Bridging and secured lending matters. Reviewing titles, searches, mortgage offers and enquiries. Drafting and negotiating contracts, transfer deeds and reports on title. Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, brokers, developers and other solicitors to ensure matters progress efficiently. Preparing transactions for exchange and completion and dealing with post-completion formalities. Delivering excellent levels of client care. Supporting business development activities and helping to strengthen relationships with clients and referrers. About You Proven experience managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently. Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property work, including leasehold matters and relevant regulatory requirements. Experience advising a broad range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and those with more complex transactions. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A commercial, proactive and solutions-focused approach. Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. The ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, introducers and professional contacts. Strong IT skills, including experience using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
