BettingJobs are working with a large and successful iGaming Operator who are looking to add a Head of CRM to their team based remotely.
The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team of CRM specialists and VIP hosts. Reporting directly to the Executive Committee, they will own the end-to-end CRM strategy, from segmentation and campaign planning to personalisation and loyalty initiatives, ensuring every customer touchpoint is meaningful, timely, and effective.
Responsibilities:
* Define and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy across multiple brands and markets.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of CRM professionals and VIP hosts.
* Own CRM performance metrics, including player retention, reactivation, and customer lifetime value.
* Leverage Optimove to its full potential to deliver personalised, data-driven multi-channel campaigns.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Data, and Customer Support to align CRM efforts with broader business goals.
* Represent the CRM function at the executive level, providing insights and strategy updates to the Executive Committee.
Requirements:
* Proven leadership experience in CRM within the iGaming industry.
* Strong hands-on experience with Optimove is a must.
* Demonstrated success in developing and executing CRM strategies that drive measurable commercial impact.
* Inspirational leader with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
* Deep understanding of segmentation, personalisation, campaign automation, and customer journey optimisation.
* Commercially minded, data-driven, and customer-obsessed.
* Ability to work US hours.
