Your role involves welcoming visitors warmly and providing excellent customer service, answering queries, and listening carefully so you can share helpful information about Hill Top, Beatrix Potter, and the National Trust. You'll work across all areas of the site, including Hill Top House, Reception, the Car Park, and the Garden. You'll also process admissions and promote the benefits of National Trust Membership in line with our Growing Support targets.
