LYNK has partnered with a UK-based Cyber Security and Managed Services provider to recruit a Business Development Manager. They have offices in the North of England as well as in the Central belt of Scotland, however they would be open to anyone with an established network in areas across Scotland and the North of England. This role would be field based, with negotiable expectations with regards to office travel or meetups with the team.
The company is well-established and growing, operating with a relationship-first approach to business development. They generate work through networking, referrals, and warm introductions — not cold calls. This is a consultative sales role, suited to someone who thrives on face-to-face engagement and trusted conversations over traditional outbound tactics.
If you're confident selling services (not products), comfortable operating with autonomy, and enjoy building long-term relationships that turn into revenue, this could be a great next step.
