What youll be doing:
* Leading and supervising a production team to meet daily targets
* Ensuring high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality are maintained
* Coordinating workloads and supporting shift planning
* Training and developing team members
* Reporting to senior management on shift performance

1. Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (ideally in food production or manufacturing)
