Your Role
Provide exceptional care tailored to individual needs, helping people engage in meaningful activities, supporting community involvement, and fostering effective communication. You’ll also participate in team learning and development to ensure high standards of care.
* Support individuals in engaging in meaningful activities and experiences.
* Assist with community involvement, leisure, social activities, and celebrations.
* Lead the team in effective communication, respecting individual needs.
* Ensure team training compliance through ongoing learning opportunities.
Your Service
Fletton Avenue supports people with PWS to live independently, emphasizing positive risk-taking, involvement in meal planning and cooking, and community activities like sailing, swimming, boccia, and adapted cycling.
