CMA Recruitment Group is working exclusively with the UK’s leading design and manufacture of specialist products to appoint a temporary Accounts Assistant into the small team. This varied opportunity would suit an enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn and who has a keen eye for detail. There is the potential for this position to become a permanent role for the right individual.
What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?• Match and process purchase ledger processing, reconciling statements and resolving customer queries;• Ensuring all correct documentation is present to enable goods to be exported;• Booking in stock and processing stock supplier invoices;• Chasing of outstanding debt and allocating payments.• Creating documentation for the importing of goods;• Maintaining the team email inbox, answering internal and external queries via email and phone;• Monthly reporting for management accounts.
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:• Good eye for detail;• Previous transactional finance experience;• AAT studier would be preferred but not essential.
