As VP of Customer Platforms, you will provide leadership and direction across our entire Customer Platforms Eco-System, shaping and executing an ambitious transformation agenda, with AI at the core of every business process, taking Klipboard into the next stage of its growth journey. You will be tenacious in leading a culture of Digital 1st, with experience leading at scale, building and leading a high-performing engineering function, and engaging with enterprise business and C-level leadership. A strong, resilient leader with credibility and expertise to build and run this vital function.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop a clear and compelling digital strategy for our future growth, with AI at the heart of technology and service delivery to customers and colleagues.
* Build, inspire, and lead the Customer Platforms strategy to successfully achieve key objectives.
* Drive digital innovation and serve as a change agent across the business, with an Automation 1st mindset, enhancing efficiency and customer sentiment.
* Champion the use of digital technology and practices to foster a digital mindset from the top down.
* Lead the implementation of the digital strategy, collaborating with cross-functional leaders to transition to automated, efficient, and self-service operations for customers and colleagues.
* Identify new tools and techniques to support and enhance customer and colleague experiences.
* Work with business leaders to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, and marketing channels.
* Drive decision-making at the executive level, including risk management, business engagement, financial control, presentations, negotiations, and transition planning.
* Own the customer platforms and experience planning and delivery, including risk management, objective setting, budget management, and backlog prioritization.
* Manage M&A integration within the ecosystem, with experience integrating acquired businesses into a defined systems architecture.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

* 5+ years in a similar role within a B2B SaaS company.
* Proven success in digital transformation projects within a B2B SaaS environment.
* Experience delivering excellent customer experiences through technology, understanding core business processes and technical solutions.
* Innovative mindset, with experience integrating Generative AI into business operations.
* Experience managing and leading an enterprise engineering function.
* Ability to influence and collaborate with CxO leaders.
* Strong leadership skills, capable of setting direction and leading complex projects.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into systematic plans.
* Experience managing budgets over £5m.
* Pragmatic problem-solving skills with strategic insight.
* Excellent technical awareness and business acumen across the customer platforms landscape, including CRM, marketing technology, customer success tools, telephony, and data management.
