The Role As a Customer Service Adviser, youll be responsible for delivering excellent service across all customer contact channels through proactive and efficient case management. Youll take ownership of each case, investigate thoroughly, and provide effective resolutionsensuring a seamless and positive experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities Respond to all customer communications in a professional and timely manner using appropriate channels (email, phone, etc.) Manage corporate customer queries end-to-end, taking full responsibility for resolution. Gain in-depth knowledge of the companys services, products, and internal systems. Promote digital self-service tools and alternative solutions to new and existing customers. Actively participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance both customer experience and team performance.
