Norfolk County Council has two vacancies in the Strategic Commissioning Working Age Adult function.
In this post, you will support and work across portfolios of work including:
* Day Opportunities
* Supported Living (including Transforming Care)
* link with specialist areas of work across Autism, Physical Disability, Mental Health and Learning Disability for packages of work.
