Responsibilities
* Learn alongside experienced engineers and develop hands-on skills in servicing, maintaining, repairing, and upgrading central heating systems.
* Contribute to delivering energy-efficient solutions that improve home comfort and safety.
Qualifications
* 4 GCSEs (or Scottish Highers) at grade C/4 or above, ideally including Maths and English, or equivalent qualification.
* A CV that shows a passion for learning a trade, a technical or mechanical mindset, and a commitment to delivering great customer service.
* A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
* Availability to attend training at UK-wide academies, with provided accommodation and travel if needed.
Rewards and Benefits
* Starting salary of £18,564, rising as milestones are met during the apprenticeship.
* After completing the full programme and aftercare, salary increases to £44,044 with bonus and add-ons.
* London Weighting Allowance ranging from £4,160 to £6,240 (dependant on location).
* Expensed electric van for work, including an EV charge point where applicable and a charge card.
