Operations and Partnerships Manager – Adult Social Care Finance, Suffolk County Council.
Location: Endeavour House, Ipswich, IP1 2BX – Hybrid. Hours: 22.2 hours per week – Flexible working options available. Contract: Fixed Term or Secondment for 12 months.
Salary: £60,135 - £71,634 per annum (pro rata).

The role focuses on leading transformation across our Contact and Assessment Services with specialist knowledge of adult social care customer finance.
Responsibilities
* Lead transformation across the Contact and Assessment Services, applying expert knowledge of best practice in adult social care finance.
* Direct programme and project work transforming financial assessment and direct payments services.
* Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver outcomes that benefit Suffolk residents.
Qualifications and Experience
* Specialist knowledge of adult social care customer finance.
* Strategic mindset with programme and/or project management experience.
* Experience in digital transformation and a drive to enhance culture and practice within adult social care.
