Are you a proactive, people-focused recruiter ready to take ownership of a dynamic, multi-site recruitment portfolio? Were looking for a Recruitment Officer to manage end-to-end hiring of head office related roles such as admin, finance, marketing, IT, HR etc
across multiple London locations.
What You'll Do:
Lead full-cycle recruitment: qualifying, creating adverts, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build effective recruitment strategies.
Attend interview at various London sites, when needed, to support hiring managers
Coordinate interviews and assessment days, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various sites.
Maintain compliance with Right to Work and GDPR regulations.
What You Bring:
Proven end to end recruitment experience (in-house and/or agency).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage 15 plus vacancies simultaneously.
A proactive mindset, excellent time management, and a passion for people.
Location & Flexibility: This is a
fully site based role
, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
