Rate of Pay: £14.32 - £19.40 per hour
Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and highly communicative Resident Liaison Officer to support the delivery of the Warm Homes Wave 3 (WH:W3) programme. This initiative aims to improve energy efficiency, tackle fuel poverty, and enhance the quality of housing for residents.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for tenants regarding the Warm Homes Wave 3 programme
* Engage with residents through various communication methods to arrange access for surveys and improvement works
* Clearly explain the aims, benefits, and processes of the programme to tenants
* Build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and stakeholders
* Identify and resolve barriers preventing access to properties
* Accompany retrofit assessors during property visits where required
Qualification:
* Minimum GCSE English and Maths grade C or above.
Essentials:
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of residents
* Experience dealing with the public, including in challenging situations
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
* Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
* Ability to manage workload without close supervision
