QVC UK is looking for a dynamic Brand Development Specialist to champion the growth and evolution of our brand awareness. This essential role will strategise perception-shifting activities that enhance QVC's relevance and consideration within the market. Reporting to the Brand Development Senior Specialist, you'll lead projects that align with QVC's Leadership Competencies, promoting agility, collaboration, and innovation across all brand campaigns.

Your Impact
Brand Development (70%)
* You will help support QVC's broader goals to create awareness and engagement, enhancing our positive reputation and expanding the customer base.
* You will develop relationships with external agencies to manage media campaigns, ensuring our brand message resonates at the market level.
* You'll collaborate with the UK Commercial Director MGE and Strategic Partnerships Director to implement strategic initiatives in external campaigns and activities, including event management.
* You will craft compelling brand creative strategies in partnership with media agency teams, ensuring consistency and alignment in all external campaigns.
* You'll communicate ongoing campaign results to partners with high-level KPI presentations.
* You'll offer brand guidance to the wider team, working with content development and creative teams for brand alignment.
Analysis and Impact (30%)
* You will conduct post-initiative tracking and Return on investment analysis with external partners and Customer Analytics team to assess effectiveness and enhance future campaigns.
* You'll collaborate with Customer Insight peers to implement brand health tracking and sentiment analysis for the UK team.
