This role will allow for further development and career progression for the right candidate into a qualified accountant position. About the Role The successful candidate who will report to the Wider Accounting Team and will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties... Support month end close including journals and reconciliations Analyse financial data and investigate variances Assist with budgeting and forecasting Prepare management reports and KPI analysis Manage intercompany recharges and GRNI balances Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls Support internal and external audits Contribute to continuous improvement within finance Essential Criteria Third Level Finance/ Business Qualification (Desirable) Studying (Or planning to) ACCA or CIMA Qualification (Study Support will be provided) Experience working in a manufacturing environment (desirable) Good IT skills with previous experience of Excel, Word and Outlook (Experience with Excel Desirable) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exhibit excellent organisational skills and attention to detail along with a proven ability to meet deadlines For further information on this opportunity or if you are considering the next step in your career get in touch with Daryl Hunter at HireIQ in complete confidence.
