We have an ambition to continue to grow our business and market share significantly from 2026 through to 2028.To help us achieve this, we are recruiting for a PCW Relationship Executive role to support the management of our PCW relationships covering Car, Home and Van insurance. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the UK’s largest insurers, supporting PCW relationships in one of Aviva’s major growth areas.We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a natural curiosity and eagerness to understand the market in which we operate, challenge the norms, and deliver opportunities that help drive our business forward.Aviva uses “smart-working” with 50% office-based working, and the person in this role can be based anywhere commutable to any of our Aviva offices.**What you'll be doing:*** Supporting the PCW relationship managers maintain and develop Aviva’s PCW relationships, working across Aviva Group’s full suite of PCW brands.* Manage BAU change/customer journey improvement pipeline with the PCW’s and internal trading teams, from initial request through to completion.* Resolve PCW queries, customer complaints with internal teams, escalating more complex or unfamiliar problems where appropriate.* Support PCW relationship managers at regular account meetings via Teams and on occasion face to face with the prompt completion of delegated actions.* Manage internal/external governance actions and the implementation of Aviva risk controls.**Skills and experience we’re looking for:*** Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment in developing strong, collaborative internal and external relationships* Experience working in commercial partnerships, ideally within an insurance or price comparison website business* Highly organised and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment* Strong understanding of management information, with the ability to use it effectively to support internal and external communications and presentations* Driven self-starter with the confidence to constructively challenge the status quo* No specific qualifications are required; ideally a background and/or qualifications that provide a good understanding of insurance and price comparison website partnerships* Similar experience working within a Price Comparison Website to insurer partnership* Experience working in a cross-functional role, assisting with the delivery of initiatives and projects and driving performance improvement**What you’ll get for this role:*** Salary up to £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)* Generous pension (starting level: Aviva contributes 8% when you contribute 2%)* Part of the Sales Bonus Scheme* Family-friendly parental and carer’s leave* 29 days’ holiday per year plus bank holidays, and the option to buy or sell up to five additional days* Up to 40% discount on Aviva products* Brilliant flexible benefits* Aviva Matching Share Plan and Save As You Earn scheme* 21 volunteering hours per year**Aviva is for everyone:**We are inclusive – we welcome applications from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences.We flex locations, hours and working patterns to suit our customers, business and you.We interview every disabled applicant who meets the minimum criteria for the job.
