We are an independent family run estate agent with a modern approach to selling property, who have established ourselves as the number one selling agent in Lancashire due to having an impeccable personalised service combined with our professional expertise and passion for property. We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator for our Bamber Bridge branch. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates that are either currently working as a Sales Negotiator or wanting to work in estate agency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire property sales process, which involves having regular and close communication with their own client list, negotiating offers between the vendor and buyer, progressing sales to completion and up-selling a range of additional services, whilst consistently delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone.
The ideal candidate will have a passion to succeed within the Estate Agency industry and be a highly driven sales professional, who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive and keen to work in a busy office environment. They must also have an excellent attention to detail, be highly organised, confident in their negotiation abilities and able to work on their own initiative and under pressure.
Estate agency experience is preferred, but not essential. However, candidates must have knowledge of the local area whilst also being able to evidence previous sales experience, and their ability to work in a fast paced and customer focussed environment.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday (9am to 5.30pm) and a Saturday (9am to 4pm) on a rotation basis.
