We are currently looking for a?temporarySite Assistant / Receptionistto join our friendly team at Dunbar Cement Plant to cover a period of maternity leave. This role is site based 5 days per week, Monday to Friday on a 37 hour week this is maternity cover fixed term contract.

Role Responsibility
In the role ofSite Assistant / Receptionistyou will be responsible for:
1. Being the first point of contact for the site at Dunbar; this will include welcoming visitors and conducting basic checks
2. Ensuring induction for all visitors and compliance with site security procedures
3. General office administration and support for site
4. Supporting with administration of projects and initiatives
5. Organising and supporting the provision of training
6. Providing ad hoc support to the wider site as required
7. Contributing to and supporting the health and safety culture onsite, including being an ambassador
