Key Responsibilities:
* Handling express export shipments
* Heavy use ofExcelfor tracking and reporting
* UsingCDSto complete customs entries (Training provided)
* Liaising with airlines to ensure shipments move on schedule
* Monitoring deliveries to ensure they arrive on time
* Keeping customers regularly updated on shipment status
* Ensuring all export documentation is accurate and compliant
Key Requirements:
* Intermediate Excel skills(essential)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
