Job Description
Robertson Recruitment are working with a manufacturing company based in Castle Donnington as they look for a multi skilled maintenance engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and optimisation of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes. You will work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective operations.

Monday Friday
6:00am 15:30pm
15:30pm 12:00pm
Rotating shifts
Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on machinery, equipment, and building services
* Ability to use mechanical and electrical diagnostic tools
* Support audits, inspections, and risk assessments
* Ensure compliance with relevant standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
* Knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, hydraulics and pneumatics
* Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and upgrades
Person Requirements
1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
2. Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
3. Strong understanding of mechanical design, materials, and manufacturing processes
4. Knowledge of health & safety and quality standards
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
