As HR Business Partner you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, supporting workforce planning, and driving organizational change initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing insightful HR guidance across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and collaborate on strategic HR and talent management initiatives. Provide expertise and support in all areas of HR, including talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement. Lead and manage organizational restructures, terminations, and other complex employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation. Design and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business goals and promote a positive workplace culture. Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and development of talent and succession planning. Analyze and leverage HR metrics to drive decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness. Engage with cross-functional teams and support HR projects across different European regions as needed. Stay current on UK employment legislation and best practices, providing guidance to ensure organizational compliance. Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong HR generalist experience in the UK, with a proven track record in HR business partnering within Life Sciences. In-depth understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practices. Extensive exposure to restructuring processes, handling various termination types, and navigating complex employee relations situations. Experience in all HR functional areas, including talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret HR data to inform strategic decisions. CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) or equivalent professional HR qualification.
