Position: BIM Lead / BIM Manager (Building Services)
Location: London (Full-time)
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience and references)
G2 Recruitment are currently partnering with a well-established contractor to find an experienced BIM Lead / BIM Manager to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead BIM projects independently, managing them through to completion (stage 5) while ensuring that deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
* Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
* Take charge of project timelines, ensuring the team delivers on time and to the highest standard.
* Attend and contribute to coordination meetings, ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders and project teams.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD is a must.
* Proven experience in a BIM Lead role or similar, with a successful track record of managing and delivering BIM projects.
* Solid project management skills with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills with experience in client-facing roles.
