J Frost Civils a growing company known for delivering high quality civils and groundworks services are looking for another Supervisor to join our dynamic team. We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to work in partnership with their groundworkers to deliver our onsite works whilst maintaining our commitment to health and safety. Essential Requirements: * Proven experience in civil and groundwork projects * At least 3 years experience as a supervisor * Utilities (ideally water) experience * Knowledge of site safety procedures and regulations * Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks * First aid trained * Relevant certifications or licenses minimum SSSTS & CSCS * Full UK driving license Ideal Requirements: * EUSR * Machine Operator qualified Responsibilities * Deliver daily operations on-site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. * Mentor and supervise team members, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity. * Maintain accurate records and reports related to project activities * Liaise with project manager Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £22.00-£24.00 per hour (CIS initially).
