Position: Engineer Team Leader
Salary: £60,000 per annum, dependant on experience
As our next Engineer Team Leader, you will thrive on ensuring the smooth running of the production lines and factory processes. You will lead a team of Online Engineers to meet production plans.
You will be passionate about delivering excellent service, leading improvements, and ensuring our food is safe and accessible to consumers, friends, family, and communities.
Key Requirements:
* Engineering qualification to level 3 or above
* Previous engineering experience in an FMCG environment or experience leading an engineering team
* Demonstrable CI mindset
* Ability to prioritize shifts according to operational needs
* Effective communication skills across all levels and with internal and external stakeholders
* Skills to grow and develop your team
