Were looking for a Quality and Improvement Officerto join our team on a 16-hour per week basis as part of a job share. This role is ideal for someone with a background in Housing, Care & Support management, or auditing and policy development.
About the Role
Youll play a key role in ensuring that NCHAs Care & Support and Housing services meet regulatory expectations and deliver high-quality outcomes for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering a programme of audits across all operational areas within HW to meet regulatory, statutory, and quality assurance standards, uploading your audit findings to our audit management system, Kaizen, within agreed deadlines.
* Reviewing customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
* Contributing to policy and procedure updates and supporting investigations into quality or compliance issues.
* Attending audits, meetings, training, and workshops in person, with flexibility to complete other tasks at times that suit you.
What Were Looking For
We welcome applications from individuals who are:
* Experienced in Housing, Care & Support management, or auditing/policy roles.
* Confident in challenging poor practice constructively and supportively.
* Cheerful, persistent, and capable of working independently.
* Skilled in reporting and customer engagement.
* Able to travel across the East Midlands and hold a valid driving licence.
