The role
They’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who can confidently run client relationships and guide integrated campaigns from start to finish. You’ll work across everything from brand strategy to digital, content, social and lead gen, and you’ll be just as comfortable working with creatives as you are presenting to clients. Working here will allow your ideas to be encouraged and heard & their sole aim is to create and build transformational b2b brands that people want to work for and work with.
In conjunction with your senior team, you’ll take the lead on 3 or 4 main accounts, and you’ll be trusted to lead from the front, handle the detail, and be the go-to for your clients. There’s room here to grow into an Account Director role, with support, mentorship, and a development plan already in place.
You’ll also have the chance to shape your own niche in the agency, whether that’s brand, planning, SEO, or something else you love.
What you can bring
You’ll need around 3.5+ years of B2B experience, agency or in-house, a commercial mindset, and the ability to keep things calm, clear and moving. But most importantly, they’re looking for someone grounded, collaborative, and genuinely decent to work with.
Skills and experience are important, but they place equal importance on personality, attitude, and cultural fit within this agency.
