Reporting to the Group Sustainability Director, we seek a Project Manager to implement the Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) Ready Human Resources Information System to harmonise and modernise HR processes across the Group. Based in Moira with a requirement to travel to other sites, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project’s scope and successful system adoption across multiple sites, business functions and jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full project lifecycle of the UKG Ready implementation;
2. Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and requirements;
3. Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget;
4. Coordinate with UKG partners and internal teams to ensure system configuration and deployment;
5. Engage with key stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate progress;
6. Provide clear communication on project progress, challenges, and outcomes to the Project Oversight Board;
7. Manage workflow design, data migration, testing, and validation activities;
8. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with GDPR and internal policies;
9. Work with HR and Business Systems teams to develop and deliver training materials and user guides;
10. Support post-implementation review, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Criteria:
11. Be educated to degree level in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems or a similar discipline;
12. Proven experience managing HRIS or ERP system implementations or other projects of a similar nature;
13. Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management and stakeholder engagement;
14. Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities;
15. Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills;
16. Confident personality who can build trust with cross-functional, multi-site teams;
17. Full UK driving licence and access to transport, with flexibility to travel as required.
Desirable Criteria:
18. Demonstrated experience working in a multi-site, multi-entity organisation;
19. Previous experience working with UKG Ready software or a similar HRIS platform;
20. Understanding of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, time & attendance and payroll integration, etc.).
