Responsibilitites * Develop and manage technical aspects of the product line, providing expert support and guiding design and conceptual development. * Design commercially viable products * Provide technical support and training for internal teams, including Sales and Application Engineers. * Lead the creation of technical and commercial proposals, and manage customer-facing activities Requirements: * Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience. * Proven capability in technical problem-solving and new product development. * Background in mechanical product engineering; experience in Oil & Gas, Food Processing, Automotive, Aerospace, Compressors, or related industries is beneficial.
