We are looking for a Residential Support Worker to work at specialist residential services across the region, specialising in autism, speech and language disorders, moderate to severe learning difficulties, and associated behavioural difficulties.
Hours: 7.30am – 8.30pm, on a rolling rota of 3 shifts on and 3 shifts off pattern.
This is a Children's Residential Support Worker position, and you will need experience supporting children with learning disabilities.
As a Support Worker, you will safeguard the residents, maintain confidentiality at all times, and promote independence and choice.
You must be able to communicate effectively across teams, complete detailed handovers, and communicate with the young people using their preferred communication styles.
The role includes undertaking regular checks throughout the night, completing paperwork to a high standard, and delivering personal care.

This is a temp-to-perm role: working for 12 weeks through an agency before transitioning to a permanent contract.
