Senior Projects and Compliance Administrator
Worcester based with a balance of home and office working
£30,273 - £31,867 per year

We have an opportunity for a Senior Projects and Compliance Administrator to join our Performance and Improvement team, based in Worcester. The main purpose of this role is t o coordinate the administration of projects and continuous improvements within the Corporate Shared Services Centre (CSSC) supporting the delivery of an efficient, cost effective and high quality service to ensure statutory and contractual compliance on behalf of the Group.
The role of Senior Projects and Compliance Administrator will include:
* Provide project administration support that enables efficient management, co-ordination and delivery of CSSC projects and process improvements. This includes delivery of wider group projects where there is an impact on the CSSC
* Support Programme and Project Managers as needed, providing templates, processing information and assisting with the preparation of management reports
* Provide support in the monitoring, measurement and communication of projects and improvement plans within agreed formats and timescales. Be clear on the expected benefits
* Investigate and report on risks raised on the CSSC risk register, identifying root causes, making recommendations for improvement and to prevent reoccurring issue
Skills and experiences:
* Recent experience of working in a similar role
* Ability to work within a strong internal control environment following the required governance
* Ability to prioritise and flex to suit changing priorities, supporting on many projects which are running simultaneously
* Good attention to detail and problem solving skills
* Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to develop a shared understanding of requirements and dependencies

* Role salary is £27,521 with an additional policy allowance of £2,752 per annum (rising to £28,970 with an additional policy allowance of £2,897 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
