Your responsibilities will include:
Leading audits from planning through to completion
Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts
Liaising directly with clients, building strong, trusted relationships
Supervising and developing junior staff and trainees
Identifying technical or commercial issues and proposing solutions
Working closely with managers and partners to deliver high-quality service
We welcome applicants who are:
ACA/ACCA newly qualified
Previous experience in audit (within a practice environment)
Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a client-focused mindset
Organised, proactive, and ready to take ownership of your work
A team player who enjoys mentoring others and working collaboratively
What You’ll Get From Us
Competitive package
Regular recognition and personalised development plans to assist your career path and progression
A modern, flexible working environment with core hours policy
Car parking
Professional subscriptions paid
Auto enrolment pension scheme
Social events including team socials and firm-wide summer/winter celebrations
Referral bonuses for clients and new hires
Employee assistance programme (counselling, legal, and medical support)
