Job Description

* Prepare high-quality pastry items and assist with daily food prep using fresh, seasonal ingredients

* Support delivery of hospitality and match teas throughout the school year

* Maintain excellent food hygiene and allergen management standards

* Work collaboratively within a professional kitchen team

* Monday–Friday, term-time only (35 weeks), with a great work-life balance


Qualifications

* Previous experience as a CDP or in a pastry-focused role

* Confident in preparing a wide range of desserts, bakes, and plated sweets

* Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety

* A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal food

* Reliable, enthusiastic, and a strong team player
