In partnership with the Heart of England Music Hub, Armonico Consort are seeking applications from energetic and enthusiastic choir leaders to deliver Choir Creation assemblies and thereafter weekly singing rehearsals for two new regional Armonico Consort Academy choirs. This is a freelance role, with a minimum 2 hours per week (term-time only).

This is a freelance role, with a minimum 2 hours per week (term-time only). Additional hours (2 full days over 3 weeks) required at the outset to establish choirs across 6 primary schools. These days can be agreed with the successful candidate. Additional work may be offered or made available to multiple candidates.
The leader will be trained and supported by an experienced AC choir director and accompanist. They will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging sessions using a wide range of musical genres, including classical, folk, musical theatre, pop, and rock.
The leader will primarily work with Key Stage 2 children and will play a key role in fostering confidence and well-being through singing.
