What You’ll Be Doing
* Optimising and enhancing existing high-frequency crypto strategies
* Generating and implementing new alpha ideas
* Working closely with researchers to develop predictive models
* Improving and contributing to the firm’s core trading infrastructure

What They're Looking For
* 3+ years of experience running systematic crypto strategies (preferably HFT or mid-frequency)
* Strong Python programming skills

* Deep understanding of market microstructure and crypto market dynamics
