Job Description:
Northstone, a leading manufacturer and supplier of building materials in Northern Ireland, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineering Graduate to join their team. The role offers an opportunity to develop technical, interpersonal, commercial, and management skills through a two-year graduate development programme starting in September 2025.

Key responsibilities:
* Learn and understand the operation and maintenance of mobile and fixed plant and equipment
* Participate in process projects targeting sustainability or efficiency improvements
* Prepare technical drawings and documentation

* Coordinate and oversee maintenance and upgrade operations
* Communicate effectively with employees and contractors
Candidate requirements:
* Relevant third-level qualification in Electrical, Building Services, Automation Engineering, or similar
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Clean driving licence
* Good interpersonal skills
* Proactive, organized, results-driven, and self-motivated
* Knowledge of electrical codes and standards
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to meet strict deadlines
* Strong computer literacy; proficiency in AutoCAD or similar is a plus
