Psychological Interventions Facilitator

Thinking of a career in Mental Health or want a route to becoming a therapist but lack the required clinical experience? This band 4 community‑based role may be for you. It supports people to develop psychological intervention skills under supervision and requires completion of a trust‑delivered training programme while working as part of a community therapist team on other working days.
As part of the Lincoln North Locality Mental Health Team you will work in integrated teams that include health, social care, local authority, third sector and voluntary organisations to address health and wellbeing challenges in Lincolnshire.
In addition to the skills gained, you will develop a portfolio of practice‑based evidence to support future application for practitioner courses.
Main duties of the job
The role delivers defined wellbeing‑focused psychologically‑informed interventions aligned to cognitive‑behavioural principles. You will engage in a trust‑led vocational training programme, deliver specified interventions to patients on your caseload under close supervision of a nominated psychological practitioner, and attend weekly case‑management supervision and fortnightly clinical skills sessions.

Person Specification

Qualifications
* Evidence of ability to study successfully at academic Level 5
