The Recipe (About the Role) The purpose of this position is to guide, manage, and enhance the factory operations across various balanced sectors. Providestrong leadership throughout the production process, from the receipt of materials to the delivery of finished goods for the designated factory. Ensure that the safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery, and employee morale associated with the key performance indicators are met and continuously improved.
